Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add the signature to Gmail?

Click Copy for Gmail/Outlook, then in Gmail open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Create a new signature, paste it into the box, and click Save Changes at the bottom.

How do I add the signature to Outlook?

Click Copy for Gmail/Outlook. In Outlook, open Settings → Mail → Signatures (Outlook on the web and new Outlook), or File → Options → Mail → Signatures (classic desktop). Create a new signature, paste, and save.

Is the email signature generator free?

Yes. The generator and the 8 templates are free to use, and you don't need an account.

Can I add a photo or logo?

Yes. The photo has to load from a public https link so it shows for everyone who gets your email. Paste the image URL in the Photo URL field (and your logo in the Logo URL field). Nothing is uploaded to EpicPxls.

Will my signature look right on mobile?

The templates use tables, inline CSS, a 600px max width and web-safe fonts, which is the format email apps expect. They also include a compact mobile design. Send yourself a test email to check it on your phone.

Can I use it for my business?

Yes. Commercial use is allowed under the EpicPxls License (https://www.epicpxls.com/licensing). You can use the signature for yourself or your company.
