A clean, responsive business website template built on Bootstrap 5, in two versions:

• HTML: 9 static pages: Home, About, Services, Pricing, Team, Contact, Blog, Blog post and 404. Upload it anywhere.
• ASP.NET Core Razor Pages (.NET 8): the same pages plus a separate server Error page (500), with `_Layout`, header and footer partials, card partials, `SiteData` for content, and a Contact page with server-side validation (DataAnnotations, antiforgery, Post/Redirect/Get). It compiles with `dotnet build`, and a documented TODO shows where to add your email sender.
• Re-theme with 6 CSS variables (brand, accent, radius, font). Every editable block is marked `EDIT:`.
• Accessible: skip link, semantic landmarks, labelled form fields, aria-current navigation, visible focus states.
• Epic Business Icons v1 included: 76 original stroke SVG icons (24px, currentColor) as a sprite plus individual files.
• Original SVG illustrations and avatars. No stock photos, so there is nothing extra to license.
• Only dependency: Bootstrap 5.3.3 (MIT), bundled.
